What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every person who shops The Mint to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We offer free in-store returns within 30 days of purchase.
Online orders can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Items can not be worn, altered or washed. We reserve the right to determine if items are not resalable and deny a refund. A return label fee will apply depending on the size of the return.
Previous purchases are not eligible for price or sale adjustments.
All international orders are FINAL SALE. All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. In-store, these will be carefully marked before purchase.
Final Sale items include sale items, FINAL CLEARANCE, and Close-Out.
International purchases are final sale and non-returnable.
